What's special about your store?
We built our store to bring beautiful but local Israeli products to the world.
Is it safe to enter my credit card number into your web site?
Yes. We don’t store any of your credit card information (that’s handled by our payment processor, Stripe, the best in the business), and we will never share your personal information with anyone else.
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes, we do accept PayPal and all the major credit cards. Our physical store in Dallas, TX also accepts Apple Pay.
Do you accept BitCoins, CyberBeans, or JuggaloCoin?
No, we are not that kind of store. You won't feel left out, however, since we accept most credit cards and Paypal.
Shipping and Returns
My order never arrived. What can I do?
Check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. If that doesn’t work, contact us, tell us what you ordered and your order number, and we’ll help you out.
My order arrived incomplete or damaged. What can I do?

How may I return my order?
No problem. Please contact us with information about your order and order number, and we'll make your return process quick and easy.
I don't live in the United States. May I still order your products?
We are working around the clock to make international shipping part of our store. Feel free to join our mailing list (in the page footer below), and we'll be sure to let you know when we are able to ship internationally. In the meantime, we want to thank you for taking an interest in our products.
I've already placed my order, but I would like to receive it sooner. May I upgrade to expedited shipping after the fact?
Sorry, that is not possible. The package is now in the safe hands of our shipping carriers, and they are working around the clock to deliver it to your door by the expected delivery date.
